国际减轻自然灾害日是由联合国大会1989年定于每年十月的第二个星期三。2009年，联合国大会通过决议改每年10月13日为国际减轻自然灾害日，简称“国际减灾日”。

2022年10月13日是第33个国际减灾日，特此宣传防灾减灾、自救自护知识。
